For question 1. I would most likely use print because it is only once a year and it is a private document. There may be graphs included in the report but it would not call for a lot of graphics that would make the cost of printing high.
Question 2 I would use print because you want it to be right in front of the agencies, They will open their mail to see what is inside but they may not take the time to go to a computer and open a web page.
Question 3 For this one I would use the web, it is more cost efficient because the software has updates every few months. the web page can send out notifications whenever there is an update and the small company is not putting out all the cost to revamp a flyer.
Question 4 this one would be web also because of the constant updates it would be more cost efficient and immediately available to your customer.
Question 5 This would be a great one for the web. you can reach a wide audience all over the world at just a click. a small booklet would only take a up a web pages were printing many booklets would be a major cost. on the web you only have to make one site excisable to a large audience.
Question 6 This one would probably be better in print. because of the graphics on a web page are not as grand as print a lot of the artistic talent would be lost.
